Statik, dinamik headspace, termal desorber ve analitik pirolizer cihazları yapımcısıdır. Ortam suları ve atık sularda, halı, polimer ambalaj malzemeleri, boyanmış ev malzemeleri vb'de kalıntı uçucu organik maddelerin kromatografik analizinde örnek zenginleştirici olarak kullanılan dinamik headspace-purge and trap ünitelerinin yüksek örnek hacmı gerektiren uygulamalrında tek üreticidir. Havadaki uçucu organik bileşiklerin kromatografik analizinde kullanılan termal desorberlerin otomasyonunda öncü üretici durumundadır.Malzeme karakterizayonunda ve tersine mühendislikte önemli bir analitik araç olan analitik piroliz cihazları her marka ve model GC cihazı ile kullanmaya elverişlidir. Firmanın merkezi ABD'dedir.

Four-Step Analysis of Smokeless Tobacco

Analysis of a Layered Paint Sample Using Pyrotomy
This is a unique pyrolysis application that uses multi-step pyrolysis at the same temperature to analyze the different layers in paints or laminates.  Only filament pyrolyzers, like CDS, can perform this technique.  The Frontier furnace technology does not have the capability to do pyrotomy.  Most pyrolysis users are not familiar with this new technique so it is valuable to bring it up to new and existing pyrolysis users in the paint and plastic laminate business

Brominated Flame Retardants in a Polycarbonate
New application note analyzing for these additives.  This is a much discussed topic as these flame retardants are considered carcinogens and the detection of trace amounts in plastics is becoming a requirement for many manufacturers.  Pyrolysis is an easy method that eliminates manual sample prep time that many labs are now using to analyze for these compounds.

Pyrolysis GC/MS used to Profile Cracking Products of Bio-oils
With the high price of oil, an increasing amount of money is being invested into new energy sources.  Py-GC-MS is a valuable tool that can be used to research new fuel sources. With the ability of our pyrolyzers to vary heat rates, pyrolysis temperatures and the ability to py in air, we can study how new fuel sources break down while trying to convert them to bio-fuel.

Determination of Polymer Additives using Analytical Pyrolysis
This is a newly published paper on analyzing for polymer additives.  It uses the multi-step capabilities that are available in all our pyrolyzers to analyze for volatile and non-volatile additives.  Analyzing for these additives is a growing segment in the field of pyrolysis.
